Pension Payment authorities are being issued by this office to different Treasuries on the basis of special seal authorities received from the Accountant General’s of other states. Similarly Special Seal Authorities are being issued to other Accountant Generals in respect of Uttarakhand pensioners or their families who desire to receive pension from a treasury outside the state. In addition, the dearness relief as sanctioned by other state Government from time to time are circulated to all the treasuries in Uttarakhand. Likewise dearness relief sanctioned by the Uttarakhand Government is also circulated to the Accountant General’s of other state under Special Seal Authorities from time to time.
