ON FIRST APPOINTMENT

• Formal orders of appointment in respect of All Gazatted Officers including All India Service Officers
• Orders from Government regarding creation or continuance of a temporary post or an intimation giving full particulars of the post, if already sanctioned to which the officer is appointed in case of posts which required continuance sanction
• Certificate of assumption of charge indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Submission of relevant  documents for the proof of Date of Birth
• Submission of relevant documents for identifying the PEN/TEN number of the officer

ON PROMOTION FROM A NON-GAZETTED POST

• Formal orders of appointment in respect of the  Gazatted Officers
• Service book duly completed including closing of leave account duly attested by the competent authority upto the date of promotion to the gazetted post.
• Certificate of relinquishment of charge from the old station indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Certificate of assumption of charge indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Last Pay Certificate from the Previous Station duly signed by the DDO concerned

ON TRANSFER

• Formal orders of transfer in respect of the  Gazatted Officers
• Last Pay Certificate from the Previous Station.
• Certificate of relinquishment of charge from the old station indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Certificate of assumption of charge indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)

FOR AUTHORISING THE LEAVE SALARY

• Leave application duly
• Sanction from Competent authority, specifying the nature of leave
• Certificate of Transfer of charge before proceeding on leave and after expiry of leave.

ON DEPUTAION (Department to Department)

• Formal orders of deputation incorporating the general terms and condition of deputation   in respect of the  Gazatted Officers
• Last Pay Certificate from the Previous Station.
• Certificate of relinquishment of charge from the old station indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Certificate of assumption of charge indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)

ON DEPUTAION (Department to foreign)

• Formal orders of deputation incorporating general terms and condition of deputation  in respect of the  Gazatted Officers
• Last Pay Certificate from the Previous Station.
• Certificate of relinquishment of charge from the old station indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Certificate of assumption of charge indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
• Certificate of Officiation is necessary for authorising increment in respect of an Officer on deputation

ON RE EMPLOYMENT

• Formal orders of re employment  incorporating general terms and condition of deputation  in respect of the  Gazatted Officers
• Certificate of assumption of charge indicating the session (Forenoon / Afternoon of the day)
