Since the service records of the Gazetted officers are maintained by Accountant General, the initial processing of their pensionary benefits is also done by this wing.

• Terminal Surrender
  • Employees are eligible to surrender the balance of Earned Leaves capped at 300 to the government and the equivalent amount
• Liability certificate
  • This office coordinates with the Loan Accounts section to obtain the liability details pertaining to HBA, MCA, IFL and generate Liability Certificates.
• Pension pay details
  • The pay details required for processing Pension is submitted to pension wing by this office
