For maintenance of about 2.53 Lakh PF accounts there are 22 sections (Fund-I to Fund-XVII, Fund-Misc., Fund Accounts,  Fund Cell and Core Group of Fund (CGF)).

The Following Major works are done in Fund Group:-

• Posting of Schedules & Vouchers & send SMS alert to the Subscribers’ Mobile and upload the monthly status in the Website.
• Allotment of GPF Account Numbers and send SMS alert after allotting new GPF Account No.
• Acceptance and custody of Nominations and send SMS alert after accepting of nomination.
• Settlement of Final Payment cases & Send SMS alert to the Subscribers’ Mobile and uploading the daily status of authorised and return cases in the AG’s Website.
• Accounting of Provident Fund and generation of Annual GPF Accounts Slip to Subscriber & send SMS alert with Closing Balance & interest and upload of Annual Accounts Statement in the Website.
