Pension Seva Patra is an online drop box facility introduced by our office to help pensioners keep in touch and share their requests and concerns through online submissions during the pandemic.  All pensioners are requested to avoid visits in person and use this online drop box which is checked and replied to daily.


PENSION PAYMENT COUNTER

[ ONLINE SUBMISSION OF PENSION PAYMENT DOCUMENT ]

 

 

Online Pension Payment Counter facility has been introduced by this office temporarily to cope up with the Pandemic situation for submission of duly signed in Monthly Pension Bill Form for payment of pension to the pensioners who draw pension from the Pension Payment Counter of this office through NEFT mode. Pensioners are requested to make a single scanned copy (in pdf or jpg/ png format) of their  Monthly Pension Bill Form duly signed in with current date and  submit  the scanned copy of the document after filling up the requisite information correctly. In case of any difficulty, the following officials may be contacted over telephone  (033) 2213 8160 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on any working day.
