Admin Section
Admin section deals with the work of Calculation of Pension, Correspondence related to Pension cases, Recruitment, Departmental Exams, Pay fixation of the employees, Deputation, Medical bills related work, Association correspondence, Transfer and Posting of the employees, Nomination for various training, GPF and LTC / HTC advances, Maintenance of Leave of the employees, Dealing with promotions, Maintenance of staff database, Mutual transfer, Resignation., Gradation list etc.
Legal Cell/ APAR Cell/ RTI Cell
Legal Cell:- Legal matters related to this office is being looked after by the Legal Cell. Legal cell also deal with Disciplinary Cases, Complaint Cases received by this office and Court Cases where this office is made one of the parties to the case.
APAR Cell :- Preparation and maintenance/upkeep of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) of officials/employees working in this office.
RTI : - Information sought under RTI Act, 2005 is processed and reply to the queries is being provided by the Legal Cell to the applicants.
Office Establishment – 1
Dealing with overall monitoring of budget grants, and expenditure under various heads, payments of pay and allowances of staff, settlement of Traveling allowance, LTC, Medical Claim etc.
Office Establishment – 2
Dealing with general housekeeping, procurement, maintenance of stock, monitoring inward/ outward dak, housekeeping of office, dealing with purchase, infrastructure etc.
Co-ordination
Co-ordination is entrusted with following works:
1. Audit Plan;
2. Annual In-house Training Calendar;
3. Performance Assessment of Field Audit Offices;
4. Performance Report of C&AG;
5. Consolidation of Returns (Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annually);
6. In-house Trainings;
7. Regional Language Training;
8. Office Library and their Management;
9. Training Database;
10. Important Paper Clippings;
11.Correspondance other than above
