Training

This Office imparts In-house Training on both General and EDP Courses to Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ officials at least one training course per month.

This office is attached to Regional Training Institute, Shillong, for training on General and EDP Courses. Besides, Headquarters arrange for training courses at iCISA, Noida and iCED, Jaipur and trainings are also arranged in training centres outside IA&AD by Headquarters in which, participants are nominated by this Office.

A Training Needs Analysis is prepared on a yearly basis and sent to RTI Shillong detailing therein the requirement of Training courses required for Officers and Staff of this Office, for capacity building.
