In reference to Hqrs. circular No. 1 – staff wing/2014 dated 06.01.2014, the following guidelines has been framed for the purpose of Intra office Transfers and Posting in respect of Group "B" (Gazetted) , Group "B" (Non - Gazetted) and Group "C"  official of this office.

Guidelines for Transfer and Posting within office of Group "B" (Gazetted), Group "B" (Non – Gazetted) and Group "C" Staff

  1.  Any officer/employee shall not be transferred from particular post before the lapse of a  minimum period of 03 (three years)
  2.  Any officer/employee may be transferred from any Section/RAP/wing at request of the Group officer/Branch officer concerned to the Board on grounds of administrative convenience, before the lapse of minimum period of 03 (three years) but not less than 02 (two years) of the posting in that section/RAP/Wing.
  3.   The respective Board shall consider the posting of an officer/employee consequent upon his/her promotion/demotion/or otherwise subject to availability of the vacancy in respective Section/RAP/Wing.

 

Guidelines for inter office Transfers and Posting  of Group "B" (Non – Gazetted) and Group "C"

(Ref: Headquarters Circular no.1-Staff wing/2014 received vide letter No.10-Staff  (App-II) 63-2013 dated 6th January 2013)

  1. All the inter –office transfers and posting of Gr. 'B' (NGE) and Gr. 'C' shall be decided by the Board. Transfer posting Board will consist of the Group Officers in charge of Administration in the concerned offices and the senior most amongst them would head the Board.
  2. The Group 'B' (NGE) & 'C staff shall be transferred from a particular post before the lapse of a minimum period of 03 (three) years.
  3. The Group 'B' (NGE) & 'C' staff may be transferred from a particular office/post at the request of the concerned office based on administrative convenience, before the lapse of a minimum period of 03 (three) years, but not less than 02 (two) years of posting in that office.
  4. The board will consider the posting of an officer (s) /employees consequent upon his/her/their promotion/demotion or otherwise subject to availability of the vacancy in the concerned cadre (s) in all offices.
