Administration and IT:

 

Administration of this office essentially deals with the administrative matters of the office which includes appointments, promotions, transfers, posting, Official Language Implementation, Housekeeping, procurements, personal claims of the officials like salary, Travelling Allowance, GPF etc. In addition, this is having Cadre Control for intra office transfer and posting of Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) and Group ‘C’ employees i.e. up to supervisor level of commercial stream of the offices i.e. Director General of Audit (Energy), Principal Director of Audit (Industry and corporate affairs). Whereas Office of Principal Director of Audit (Industry and corporate affairs) is cadre controlling authority for Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) and Group ‘C’ employees for civil cadre.

Administration comprises of four sections i.e. Administration- I, Administration- II, Administration- III and Administration- IV (Audit & IT).

 

Administration-I:

This section deals with joining of newly recruits i.e. MTS to Auditor cadre including  DEO & Steno gr-II promotions up to Supervisor cadre,  preparation of gradation list for the cadres under the cadre control of O/o Principal Director of Audit (Infrastructure) Delhi. This section also deals with inter office and intra office Posting & transfers of officials/officers through Board, processing the cases of Modified Assured Career Progressions (MACP), deputations, preparation of budget estimates & expenditure, pension (Including restoration cases), disciplinary cases, processing of RTI applications/appeal, processing of HBA, computer advance and verification of antecedents of new recruits by the concerned authorities. 

 

Administration-II

This section deals with preparation of Pay bills, Travelling Allowance, Leave Encashments, LTC concession, Miscellaneous advance, Arrear Bills and Maintenance of Service Books, CGHS, Directorate of Estate, Maintenance of personnel files, maintenance of pay fixation files, Maintenance of Sanctioned Strength etc.

 

Administration-III

This section deals with reimbursement of Medical bills, Welfare, office maintenance, procurement of office stationery and store items, housekeeping bills, Preparation of absentee statement, Preparation of training calendar and organising training, Hindi Rajbhasha.

 

Administration -IV (Admn. & IT)

This section audits the units allocated under Administration & IT Group, maintenance of IT assets (hardware and software), procurement of IT assets/IT stationery, e-office management and correspondence and follow-up, conducting various departmental examinations. This section presently looking after Internal Test Audit section also.
