Expenditure Audit - Grant in Aid

The audit of any body or authority is substantially financed by grants or loans from the Consolidated Fund of India by the Ministry under  audit jurisdiction of Principal Director of Audit (Infrastructure), Delhi are audited under section 14 of the Comptroller and Auditor General’s (Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service) Act, 1971.
