Ms. Hema Munivenkatappa, IA&AS has taken over charge on 13th September, 2024 as Director General of Audit (Central), Hyderabad. She belongs to Indian Audit and Accounts Service, 1998 batch. She worked as Director General (Northern Region) at C&AG Office from 18th July 2022 to 10th September 2024. Earlier, she worked as Principal Accountant General (Audit), Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada during the period March 2021 to July 2022. During ther period June 2014 to June 2018, she worked as Special Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The Officer worked on the assignment of WHO Financial Audit at Kuala Lumpur during Jan-Feb 2011 and WHO Audit at Geneva during Aug 2010.
