Pension
Before the formation of State Civil Service Rules, pensionary benefits of State Govt. employees were governed by Subsidiary Rules framed under Fundamental Rules but at present the rules relating to pension including family pension, D.C.R.G and commutation of Pension (relating to Haryana Government pensioners) are contained in HARYANA CIVIL SERVICES (PENSION) RULES, 2016 It is also added that only those employees who rendered 20 years of qualifying service is entitled for Pension. Pension is retirement benefit, paid monthly to a Govt. employee on retirement.
