AMG-IV (Headquarters)

It is the controlling Section of AMG-IV group which deals with preparation of Tour Programmes, Maintenance of Cycle Index Register, Posting of personnel in field parties, Consolidation and sending of various returns/correspondence and other miscellaneous works.

AMG-IV (Report)

• Preparation of various reports pertaining to PA/FABA, FSs and DPs and other relevant work related to report section.
• Vetting of Inspection Reports and issuance of reports to Auditee units related to Home, Jails, Home Guard, Law & Legal Affairs.
• Issuance of Management letter on important audit observations to the respective department. Also deals with processing of draft audit paras and KD verification work related to PA and FABA.
• Pursuance and settlement of old pending paras.
• Preparation of various reports pertaining to IRs/Paras.
• Preparation of various reports pertaining to PA/FABA, FSs and DPs and other relevant work related to report section.

The Commercial Coordination Cell working under AMG-IV deals with the Accounts and expenditure audit of 18 Public Sector Undertakings, Accounts audit of 05 Autonomous Bodies and Certification of 04 World Bank Projects.
