Non-Availability of Voice and SMS facility on Pre-Paid Mobile Numbers

Voice and SMS facility is not available on Pre-Paid Mobile Numbers, in roaming at Jammu. However, for the convenience of Trainees a Telephone (0191- 2581165) with incoming facility is installed in the RTI Hostel and also a Mobile phone is kept with the hostel staff which can be used by the outstation participants.
