Shri Manish Sambyal is currently serving as Senior Administrative Officer (Administration) and Core Faculty (IT) in the office of the Director General, Regional Capacity Building and Knowledge Institute, Jammu. He brings with him over 28 years of experience in audit and administration, having joined Government service in 1995 and promoted to Senior Audit Officer in 2018.

Shri Sambyal possesses extensive expertise in administrative and establishment matters and is proficient in operating modern digital platforms such as e-office, eHRMS, PFMS, GeM, and GST.

He has contributed to numerous Performance Audits across diverse sectors and played a pivotal role in implementing OIOS in the J&K Audit Office. With strong knowledge in IT Audit and hands-on experience in Data Analytics tools like Tableau and Knime, he has been actively involved in capacity building, delivering training sessions and developing structured training modules on IT and Data Analytics.
