AMG-III Introduction

Introduction:

Audit Management Group (AMG) - III conducts audits of Departmental units/ Agencies/ PSUs/ABs falling under Finance Department, Stamp Duty and Registration Fees under the Revenue Department, and Energy and Petrochemicals Department. The group is under the supervisory charge of Deputy Accountant General (AMG III).

The group has been further divided into four branches i.e. Headquarter I, Headquarter II, Reports and SFAR. Additionally, there are two Resident Audit offices (RAO), one in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar each.  Each of these branches and RAO is under the direct charge of a Senior Audit Officer.
