An officer of 2015 batch, he is currently posted as Director (DT &Administration).  He joined in this office on 29th June 2020. Prior to this, he worked in the Office of Principal Accountant General (A&E), Meghalaya. 


As Deputy Director (Administration), he is responsible for administration of the office viz. human resource management, Budget   and   Financial Management, procurement, IT Management, Court and administrative Tribunal related matters, implementation of official language, office maintenance. Deputy Director (Administration) is designated as Central Public Information Officer for the purpose of RTI.  


As Deputy Director (Direct Taxes), he is responsible for overall supervision of Direct Taxes Audit in the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It includes Audit Planning, Programming; executionofAnnual Audit Plan (AAP), Performance Audits (PA), Subject Specific Compliance Audits (SSCA); Audit Reporting; processing of Draft Paragraphs (DP), Statement of Facts (SOF), Action Taken Notes (ATN); conduct of Audit Advisory Board (AAB) meetings, Audit Committee Meetings (ACM) and clearance of outstanding audit paras.


Ch V Sai Prasad, IA&AS

Shri Ch V  Sai Prasad, IA&AS has taken over charge in September 2021 as Director (INDT), O/o DGA(C), Hyderabad. He   made  a humble  beginning  by joining the department in April  1983 and  gradually rose to become the IA&AS officer of 2010 batch. The pioneering IT audit of the e-seva in the early 2000 has been a reference point for many years for the IT audit of e-governance initiatives implemented on PPP mode. Conducted the audit of UNAVEM (United Nations Angolan Verification Mission).  Worked as Dy. Director in the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Commission, and also served has Dy. Financial Controller in Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences before joining as Dy. Director in PD, ESM office New Delhi.  Immediately after the formation of Telangana, joined as the first Joint Secretary (Finance), in the Government of Telangana.   Had been the member of the Executive Committee of several Universities to name a few are Kakatiya University, Konda Laxman Horticulture University, etc., Rendered services as Director and MC member of Kakatiya Urban Development Authority, Telugu   Academy, Board   of Intermediate Education   of Telangana and many other autonomous bodies. Also served as Director of several Companies like Telangana Civil Supplies Corporation, Telangana Power Finance Corporation, Telangana Minorities Corporation, Telangana Finance Corporation, Telangana Handicrafts Development Corporation, Telangana State Horticulture Development Corporation Limited, Telangana State Agro Industries Development Corporation Limited etc.  Been in several empowered Committees like Empowered Committee of Reserve Bank of India for Regional Rural Banks, MSMEs, etc. Headed the three-man Committee for recommending the Salaries and other remunerations to the Archakas and other employees of the Temples in the State of Telangana and also in many other Committees like Rythu Bandhu State Level Steering Committee, State Level Standing Committee for granting Industrial incentives etc.  Also assisted the Second National Judicial Pay Commission appointed for revising the salaries of Judicial officers in the Country. Assisted the Ministry of Agriculture in drafting the guidelines for flagship programme of PMKISAN.  Conducted the performance audit of WHO transformation in a remote access mode. Wrote more than 600 articles which got published in vernacular periodicals. Delivered more than 1000 lectures in Various institutions across the country.

Dusasana Behera

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com

An officer of 2014 batch, he is currently incharge at Office of the Director General of Audit (Central), Hyderabad at Branch - Bhubaneswar as Deputy Director (Central Revenue Audit). He holds charge Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and Central Expenditure Audit along with Administration of the Branch Office. He his presently holding charge of Deputy Director of Audit‎, ‎EC Rly‎, ‎Bhubaneswar‎.
