Ms. Shanthi Priya S belongs to the 1996 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Services. She is presently holding the post of Principal Accountant General (Audit-I). She has served as Director (Finance) in the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Rural Development (NRIDA-PMGSY) in Delhi and was Principal Director (Eastern Region), Director General (North Central Region) at Office of the CAG of India. She has also done some foreign assignments viz., UN-WHO audit at Geneva, UN-IOM Compliance Audit at USA, UN-IOM Compliance Audit at Haiti, Audit of Embassies of India of Srilanka and Maldives. She has attended Management Development Programme held at National University of Singapore and did a course at National Defence College, New Delhi and has got M.Phil Degree on Human Trafficking.
