FUNCTIONS OF ADMINISTRATION GROUP

  • Preparation and submission of Revised Estimates and Budget Estimates, review of expenditure, Reconciliation of Budget with PAO/IAD, PFMS, iBEMS.
  • Legal issues (Court/CAT) and disciplinary process, Information under Right to Information Act.
  • Appointments/Promotions/MACP and Anomaly cases of Group B & C cadres
  • Pay fixation of staff on appointment and promotion and settlement of Pension dues and Retirement benefits of Staff retiring on superannuation/resignation
  • Intimation/Permission for Movable/Immovable property
  • Maintenance of Service Books of all cadres
  • Implementation of Rajbhasha i.e. nomination to trainings/workshops, conducting of meetings, translations, preparing of periodicals and reports.
  • Facilitating In house training conducted by functional wings and conducting  In house training related to Administration.
  • Nomination of officers/officials to RTI, RTC and BPST at New Delhi and iCISA at Noida and other Training schedules.
  • Appointment of retired Officers on short Term Contracts basis and appointment of outsourced MTS staff.
  • Medical reimbursements to CGHS/Non CGHS in case of emergency (Prior/Post facto permission and admissibility)
  • Maintenance of  staff disposition statements ( Monthly & quarterly )
  • Preparations of various returns as per Head quarters letters
  • Deputation and  mutual transfers
  • Postings of  officials to various  wings
  • Compassionate  appointments
  • Drawing  of pay & allowances of Group A & B, advances like HBA, PCA,  Medical reimbursements ,  Tour /LTC  and maintenance  of  GPF accounts.
