About General Provident Fund
The work of maintenance of GPF Accounts of State Govt. employees belonging to the category other than Class-IV is divided between two offices of Accountant General (A& E)-I and Accountant General (A&E)-II based on departments. Work related to 10 Departments has been entrusted to Accountant General (A& E)-II and being imparted as per the rules and procedures contained in the General Provident Fund (U.P.) Rules-1985.
