The Administrative cum Training Block comprises, besides the office on the fifth floor, a State-of-the-Art Auditorium on the Ground Floor, a conference hall on the first floor fully equipped with modern Audio Visual infrastructure, library with reading room facility and a recreation room with TT Table on the second floor, a training hall and two EDP Labs on the third floor and one training hall and seminar hall on the fourth floor. A part of the sixth floor is occupied by RCB & KI Office. The Cafeteria with modern Kitchen is housed on the fourth floor and joins the administrative block with the hostel block.

The training halls, EDP Labs and the Seminar Hall are also equipped with highly sophisticated AV equipments besides also having both wired and wireless internet connectivity.
