Establishment & PF Audit
The Establishment Section is responsible for the audit of all expenditure and charges relating to Railway Servants, both Gazetted and Non-Gazetted, of the Railway. The Section ensures that payments towards pay, allowances, and other service-related benefits are regulated in accordance with the applicable rules, codes, and instructions issued from time to time.
The scope of work of the Establishment Section includes:

Audit of Pay and Allowances

Audit of Travelling Allowance (TA) and other personal claims

Audit of Provident Fund (PF) accounts

Audit of Pension cases of Gazetted and Non-Gazetted employees
In addition, the Section undertakes the audit of pay and allowances pertaining to the Audit Offices of Northern Railway.
