Audit Reports

Overview

This Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) relates to matters arising from Performance Audit of selected programmes and activities and Compliance Audit of various Departments of State Government under General and Social Sector. The report contains three Chapters.Chapter I: Introduction: Explains the planning and extent of Audit, Authority for audit, organization structure, audit observations, significant responses of the departments to Draft Paras and follow-up on previous Audit Reports.

Chapter II: Performance Audit: Contains findings arising out of performance audit of selected programme/ activity/departments.

Chapter III: Compliance Audit: Contains observations on the compliance audit in Government Departments
