- Extending help and cooperation to the staff and their family members at the time of distress.
- Assistance to staff at the time of illness or those chronically ill and helping in securing admission in the place of treatment.
- All correspondence and pursuance of applications received for new CGHS cards, addition/deletion of members and surrender of CGHS card.
- Correspondence relating to annual Health check up of Group-A officers.
- Correspondence in respect of medical cases admitted in emergency.
- Giving personal hearing to individual members of staff regarding difficulties or grievances.
- Providing First Aid to staff members.
- Arrangement of functions on National festivals, communal Harmony week, Sadbhavana Diwas etc.
- Implementation of Disaster Management Programme and corresponding there to.
- Reservation of Guest Houses etc.
- Fund raising campaign for Natural Disaster, Flag day etc.
- Pursuing matters relating to pension and other retirement benefits of retired personnel.
- Matters relating to CGEWCC .
- Corresponding with Associations, citizen’s committee & Residents Committee.
- Conducting misc. welfare activities viz. Physical fitness programme, Eye camp, Dental check up, Yoga Camp etc.
- Gender perspective plan- conducting general medical health check up for all women employees and observance of Mahila Divas etc.
