Shri Rahul Kumar is an Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of 2015 batch. He assumed charge as Deputy Accountant General (AMG-I & Admn.), Tripura, in the forenoon of 05-11-2021. He taken over the charge of Sr.; Deputy Accountant General (AMG-I & Admn.) on 02-01-2023. Administrative wing includes complete cadre control of Group ‘B’, ‘C’ including establishment matters, recruitment, training, promotion matters, placement of officers & staff in the office, preparation and sanction of budget estimates, disbursement of pay & allowances, settlement of other personal claims, EDP Coordination, Confidential matters relating Court cases and applications under Right to Information Act, 2005. He also looks after the audit of audit of Rural, Energy and Power, Industry and Commerce, Urban Departments.
