Before joining this Office, he served as Sr. Deputy Accountant General in O/o Principal Accountant General (A&E), Nagaland, Kohima looking after the charge of Accounts, VLC, Entitlements and Administration. He also served as Senior Deputy Accountant General (Economics Sector-I/Administration) in the O/o the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Meghalaya, Shillong and as Senior Deputy Accountant General (A/E & VLC) in the O/o the Accountant General (A&E), Meghalaya. He did his Masters in Economics from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong.
