Duties & Function of Welfare Section are as follows-
- Allocation of General Pool Residential Quarters
- Issuing of ID Cards
- To encourage the provision of adequate sanitation facilities, safe drinking water, overall hygiene through outsourcing staff.
- Maintaining the security of office and residential colony
- Correspondence with CPWD for maintenance of office building and colony.
- Celebrating special days of national and international significance (i.e. Republic day, Independence Day, Yoga Day, etc) to sustain their importance.
- Personal verification of wards of deceased employees who are applying for the job on compassionate grounds.
- Deployment of MTS and daily wagers to all sections of the office.
- Space management in order to conduct in-house training, seminars, cultural events, departmental examinations, etc.
