Loan vouchers and challans received from Compilation General section are posted in VLC system after proper scrutiny/examination by the concerned section while examine the vouchers it is seen :-

• Whether the amount shown in list of payment tallies with the amount of the vouchers. 
• The copy of the sanction order is enclosed.
• Major Head/Minor Heads etc. are completely filled.
• Budget provisions is mentioned.

Therefore other details of the vouchers e.g Major Head, Name of treasury, month, classification etc. are posted in the system.
