Shri Manish Kumar, IA&AS officer of 1996 batch holds M.Sc. degree in Geology. He assumed the additional charge of Director General, Regional Capacity Building and Knowledge Institute (RCB&KI), Kolkata, w.e.f. 23/03/2026.

He has vast experience in the field of Audit and Accounts. He had also been deputed to various foreign audit assignments of United Nations including Nigeria, Republic of Congo, Copenhagen, China, Bangkok, Philippines, Cambodia, Bhutan, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, Wellington, Malayasia and Botswana during his career spreading over 29 years.
