Ms. Nirmalamati Maisnam is an officer of the Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS), 2008 batch, and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Calcutta. She assumed the charge of Principal Director, Regional Capacity Building and Knowledge Institute (RCBKI), Kolkata, w.e.f. 29/10/2025.
