Branch Office Kolkata-I — Eastern Railway
The O/o PDA, Railway, Kolkata-I holds audit jurisdiction over the entire Eastern Railway Zone. This includes the zonal headquarters at Kolkata; divisions at Howrah, Sealdah, Asansol, and Malda; three workshops at Liluah, Kanchrapara, and Jamalpur; and other field units under Eastern Railway's administrative control.

Audit jurisdiction includes:
- Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), Varanasi
- Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), Chittaranjan
- Metro Railway (MR), Kolkata
- Public Sector Undertakings (Railways): Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (KMRCL), Braithwaite & Co. Ltd. (BCL), and BNSPL
Branch Office Hajipur — East Central Railway
The Branch Office at Hajipur, situated within the General Manager's Office Complex, holds audit jurisdiction over the entire East Central Railway. This includes five divisions: Danapur (DNR), Dhanbad (DHN), Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU), Samastipur (SPJ), and Sonpur (SEE). Additionally, the Wheel Production Plant at Bela and the Construction Wing at Mahendrughat, Patna fall under its jurisdiction.
