Celebration of 3rd Audit Week - 2023:
Office of the Director General of Audit, Eastern Railway, Kolkata organised several programmes to celebrate the Audit Week, 2023. As a part of the Audit Week celebrations, this office organized the online National Online Quiz Competition for the first time. The primary objective of this competition was to enhance the awareness of the youth regarding the institution of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, while also fostering an appreciation for the CAG's role in advancing public accountability and good governance. Moreover, the competition provided a platform for participants to unleash their creativity and articulate ways in which the CAG institution could contribute to the promotion of good governance.
The quiz focused on the topic of the Supreme Institution of India, allowing participants to delve into the intricacies of this significant establishment. Notably, the evaluation of online responses was conducted in both English and Hindi, ensuring inclusivity.
A few snaps taken on the events of Audit Week 2023 and Audit Run 2023 has been placed in the Picture Galary.
Participants who emerged as winners in the competition will be conferred with cash prizes as a recognition of their achievement.
