Section under the which financial audit is conducted is given below:-
(1) In respect of CPSEs – Section 19 (1) of CAG’s DPC Act 1971
(2) In respect of ABs - Section 19 (2) of CAG’s DPC Act 1971
This office conducts the Compliance Audit including Thematic Audit, Performance Audit and Financial Audit in respect of CPSEs/ABs/Grantee Organisations and Statutory Corporations both in the capacity of Principal Auditor and Sub-auditor.
