Overview

The Performance Audit Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (Report No. 7 of 2025) on Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) and Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana (SAUBHAGYA) has been prepared for submission to the Governor of Uttar Pradesh under Article 151 of the Constitution of India.

The Performance Audit covered the period 2014-15 to 2022-23 (up to December 2022). This Report contains four chapters, namely, Introduction, Planning and Financial Management, Implementation of projects under the schemes, and Beneficiaries Survey.
