Staff Welfare
The following activates are performed by Welfare Section.
- Facilitates participation of staff in tournaments of state, national and international importance including IA&AD tournaments.
- Organizes various sports and cultural activities viz, Drawing competition, Rangoli Competition, Football tournament, carom tournament etc.
- Runs Canteen for the employees.
- Provides Crèche Service for the children of the employees since 1989.
- Maintains a Benevolent fund to provide financial assistance to deceased staff members’ family.
- Provides Scholarships to meritorious children of staff members.
- Celebration of special days of national and international significance (e.g. Republic Day, Independence Day, International Yoga Day, Sadbhavna Divas, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, etc.).
Recreation Club
AG Office Recreation Club is located in the premises of the office of the Principal Accountant General (G&SSA), Gujarat, Rajkot. Admission to the Club is open to staff members of Audit & A&E offices.
Activities of the club:
- running a reading room and library.
- conduct and encourage indoor and outdoor games.
- Arrange for variety entertainments dramas, lectures etc.
