Overview
In accordance with Article 151(2) of the Constitution of India, the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on Performance Audit on Efficacy of implementation of the Constitution (Seventy-fourth Amendment) Act, 1992- Government of Punjab, was forwarded to the State Government on 04 March 2022 for laying in the State Legislature. The Report was laid in the State Legislature on 29 June 2022.
The Report contains the results of performance audit on Efficacy of implementation of the Constitution (Seventy-fourth Amendment) Act, 1992 in the Department of Local Government, Government of Punjab, for the period from April 2015 to March 2020.
