Shri Maanas Bajpai, Senior Deputy Accountant General (Administration & Accounts and TSC)
Shri Maanas Bajpai is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer from the 2017 Batch. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from NIT Allahabad. He has served as Deputy Director in the 16th Finance Commission. His experience also includes a tenure as Deputy Accountant General (G&SS-IV) and (AMG-IV) at Pr. AG (Audit-I), Rajasthan, Jaipur. He joined this office in November 2025 and is currently holding the charge of Administration & Accounts and TSC.
Shri Ashish Singh, Deputy Accountant General (AMG - I, AMG - II, AMG - III and IS-DAC)
Shri Ashish Singh belongs to the 2020 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT Delhi and an LL.B. degree from the University of Delhi.
He has served as Deputy Accountant General in Punjab, where he was responsible for the management of Accounts and Entitlements. His experience also includes a tenure as Assistant Director in the Railway Audit Wing at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, Headquarters.
He assumed charge of this office in October 2024 and is presently in charge of AMG-I, which is responsible for the audit of 223 audit units under 9 departments; AMG-II, which is responsible for the audit of 256 audit units under 22 departments; and AMG-III, which is responsible for the audit of 229 audit units under 19 departments of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
In addition, he is also looking after the work relating to Data-Led Audit and ISDAC.
