Audit Management Group I (AMG - I)
Audit Management Group -I deal with Audit of Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department and Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department. Expenditure audit of State Government departments like Art Culture and Youth, BC/MBC welfare, Health and Family welfare, Human Resources Development, Labour Resources, Minority Welfare, Public Health Engineering Department, Disaster management, SC & ST Welfare, Food & Consumer Protection, Social Welfare including bodies/authorities, semi & quasi-commercial units of these departments) is conducted under CAG’s (DPC) Act, 1971. This wing also conducts audit of universities, colleges and Urban Development Authorities.
