An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a mandatory workplace body mandated by law to prevent, prohibit, and redress sexual harassment. Its primary role is to conduct impartial inquiries into harassment complaints, provide a safe platform for dispute resolution, and recommend corrective actions to the employer.
