Mr. Pushpendra Gehlot, Deputy Accountant General (Administration and AMG-II)
Mr. Pushpendra Gehlot is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2020 batch. He joined this office as Deputy Accountant General on December 2024.
Mr. Pushpendra Gehlot is a Bachelor’s in Technology from IIT Delhi.
He is currently holding the charge of Deputy Accountant General (Administration), wherein he is responsible for Administration, Human Resource Management, Training, Budget, Salaries and Bills, Procurement, Estate Management, and Legal & RTI matters.
In addition, he is also entrusted with the charge of Group Officer of AMG-II Wing which oversees the audit of department of Public Works Department (B&R), Water Resources Department, including Mining and Geology, Water Supply & Sanitation Department, Soil and Water Conservation falls under the jurisdiction of AMG-II. As Group Officer, he oversees the planning, supervision and quality assurance of audits relating to key departments of the Government of Punjab.
Ms. Nidhi, Deputy Accountant General (AMG-III)
Ms. Nidhi is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2022 batch. She joined this office as Deputy Accountant General on October 2024.
Ms. Nidhi holds a master’s degree in chemistry from IIT Roorkee and is an alumna of Hindu College, University of Delhi.
She is presently entrusted with the charge of Group Officer of AMG-III Wing which oversees the audit of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Autonomous Bodies of the Government of Punjab. In addition, she is entrusted with the audit of important departments of Government of Punjab such as Agriculture, Power, Commerce and Industries, Cooperation, New and Renewable Energy.
As Group Officer, she oversees the planning, supervision and quality assurance of audits relating to key departments of the Government of Punjab.
Mr. Joginder Singh, Deputy Accountant General (AMG-I)
Sh. Joginder Singh is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2021 batch. He joined this office as Deputy Accountant General on January 2024.
He is presently entrusted with the charge of Group Officer of AMG-I Wing, which oversees the audit of important departments of the Government of Punjab, including Revenue; Rehabilitation & Disaster Management; Excise & Taxation; Transport; Civil Aviation; Promotion of IT Industry; Home Affairs & Justice; Legal & Legislative Affairs; Vigilance; Forest & Wildlife; Science, Technology & Environment; and Tourism & Cultural Affairs.
As Group Officer, he oversees the planning, supervision and quality assurance of audits relating to key departments of the Government of Punjab.
