State Audit Advisory Board (SAAB)
This office has been holding SAAB meetings along with O/o the AG (G&SSA) since 2009 (akin to the Audit Advisory Board at centre where the C& AG is the Chairperson).
The objective of constituting this body at state level is to provide a forum for professional discussion between the Senior Management and experienced professionals from varied fields. The Audit Advisory Board Provides suggestions on matters relating to audit, including coverage, scope and prioritization of audits together with suggestions regarding audit approaches and techniques within the framework of the Constitution and statutory mandate of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India. The members of the Audit Advisory Board will function in an honorary capacity.
The last meeting of the board was held on 2022 with the following members:

Ms Smriti , Accountant General (Audit-I) - Ex-officio member.
Shri P Varghese, DAG - Member Secretary of the board.
