In terms of guidelines prescribed under Hqrs. Circular letter No. 86-NGE (Disc.)/10-2005/KW dated 08.02.2006, Accountant General (Audit-II) has been pleased to reconstitute the Complaints Committee vide this office OOC No. 183 dated 02.09.2024 to act as a mechanism for redressal of complaints of sexual harassment of women working in the office of the Accountant General (Audit-II), Odisha Bhubaneswar as follows :-

The Presiding Officer and every other members of the Committee will hold the position for such period not exceeding three years and required to meet once a quarter, even if there is no live case. The committee shall furnish an Annual Report to the office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India, New Delhi through the Accountant General (Audit-II), Odisha, Bhubaneswar indicating the number and nature of complaints received during the year and action taken thereon in pursuance of the Government of India DOPT OM No. 11013/2/2014-Estt. (A-III) dated 02.02.2015 (copy enclosed) along with the compliance on the said report by the Accountant General (Audit-II).
