Overview
The State Finances Audit Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India State of Haryana, 2018-19 comprises three chapters. Chapter-I provides an assessment of the State Government's fiscal position as on 31 March 2019 and is based on the audit of Finance Accounts for the year 2018-19. Chapter-II gives grant-wise description of appropriations and the manner in which the allocated resources were managed by the service delivery departments and is based on the audit of Appropriation Accounts for the year 2018-19. Chapter-III comprises an inventory of the Government's compliance to various financial rules relating to financial reporting
