Shri Binod Bhujel assumed the charge as Deputy Accountant General (AMG-II) in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Assam on 22 May 2023. He belongs to 2021 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service (inducted during 2023).
He joined the Department on 17 August 1992. Prior to joining this office, he held the post of Welfare Officer in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Meghalaya.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from North Eastern Hills University, Shillong.
