Ms Sumedha Amar is an IA&AS Officer of 2011 batch has taken over the charge as Sr. Deputy Accountant General (Administration) w.e.f, 15.05.2025 (F/N) in the Office of Principal Accountant General (A&E), Jharkhand, Ranchi. She has done B.E. and M.B.A. The charge of office Administration includes complete cadre control of Group ‘B’ (GOs-NGOs), ‘C’ and MTS including establishment matters, recruitment, training (In-house & Computer training), promotion matters & placement of employees in the office, preparation and sanction of budget estimates, disbursement of pay & allowances, settlement of other personal claims, maintenance of office in general, supervision of Court cases and applications under Right to Information Act, 2005.

Earlier to the present assignment, she has served in various capacities in different offices like in the Office of the Accountant General (A&E)-I, M.P., Gwalior; Office of the Director General of Audit (Central Expenditure), New Delhi; Office of Principal Director of Audit, Air Force, New Delhi; Office of the Director General of Audit (Environment and Scientific Departments), New Delhi and Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Haryana, Chandigarh.

Deputy Accountant General (Pension & GE)

Shri Subhash Kumar Rajak , IA&AS has taken over charge on 22^nd January  2024 as Deputy Accountant General (Pension) in this office. He belongs to the Indian Audit and Accounts Service, 2021 batch. Earlier, he was posted as Sr. AO (Works) in the office of the Accountant General (A&E), Bihar, Patna.

  Shri Bhargav Ram Khyathi, IA&AS

Deputy Accountant General (Accounts, VLC, Works and Forest Accounts)

Shri  Bhargav Ram Khyathi, IA&AS has taken over charge on 28th July, 2025 as Deputy Accountant General (Accounts, VLC, Works and Forest Accounts) in this office. He belongs to the Indian Audit and Accounts Service, 2023 batch. He has done his B.E. in Computer Engineering and has earlier worked as a Software Engineer in the Private sector. He has completed his On The Job Training in the office of the Principal Accountant General, Bhubaneswar, Odisha and his professional foundation course from the National Academy of Audit and Accounts, Shimla.
