Joined in IA&AD in 1989 and passed SAS (Commercial) examination in 1994 in the office of the Principal Director & Ex-Officio, MAB-I, New Delhi now know as Director General of audit (Infrastructure), New Delhi. He transferred in 2001 in the office of the Accountant General (Audit-II), Rajasthan. He is having experience of Compliance, Performance and Financial Aduit of Central Public Sector Undertakings and Rajasthan state Public Sector Undertakings (MMTC, Indian Airlines, State Trading Corporation etc, RIICO, Electricity Companies, RSMM etc. He contributed various Draft Paras, Performance Audit Reports, Thematic Paras in Audit Reports). Since, September 2020 he is posted in this institute and he delivered lectures on Companies Accounts, Ind Accounting Standards/Accounting Standards. Compliance Audit, Performance Audit & Financial Audit, Audit of Fraud & Corruption,etc.

Sh Surendra Kumar Jain

Core Faculty (General)

Entered in IA&AD in 1992 in the office Pr. Accountant General (Audit) Rajasthan, Jaipur, having experience of Compliance and Performance Audits in Revenue Audit such as Central Excise Audit and Income Tax Audit and has experience of Audit of State PSEs. He also has exposure of Audit of UN’s agency WHO. 

Since last 10 years he has been engaged in preparation and finalization of Audit Reports of General & Social sector Audits and Standalone Reports on Performance Audits. Delivered lectures on Drafting skills, Professional drafting and various topics of Performance Audit Guidelines.

 

Sh. Rakesh Vijay Vergia

Enterd in IA&AD as DR AAO in 2006 in O/o the Pr. Accountant General (Audit), Gujarat, having 17 years of experience of Compliance and Performance Audit in Civil Audit branches such as PWD Audit, General Sector Audit and Social Sector Audit.

Delivered lectures on the Civil Audit topics alongwith management of courses as course director and training wing as Sr. Audit Officer (Training)

Assisting audit offices in resolving issues relating to working in OIOS, providing training to and handholding them, raising tickets through BMC portal, checking and validating legacy data and any other work that pertains to OIOS.

 

Sh. Kamlesh Kumar

Shri Kamlesh Kumar belongs to DRAAO-2016 Batch. Academically he is a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science.
He Joined public service as Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and later on joined in IA&AD in 2018 at O/o Principal Accountant General (Audit-I), Karnataka, Bengaluru. He is having experience of Compliance and Performance Audits in General and Social sector.

He has joined in RTI-Jaipur on 13-01-2023. He is Assisting audit offices in resolving issues relating to working in OIOS, providing training and handholding them, raising tickets through BMC portal, checking and validating legacy data and any other works pertaining to OIOS.

 

Sh. Dinesh Kumar Lohar

Core Faculty(e-HRMS)

He joined IA&AD as Assistant Audit Officer in 2018 in Office of Principal Accountant General (Audit-I), Karnataka, Bengaluru. He has 5 years of experience in compliance and certification audit of Rural Local Bodies (Panchayati Raj institutions). He was part of lead team in the Performance Audit on implementation of 73rd Constitutional Amendment Act 1992 in Karnataka. He has also worked in the vetting section, finalizing Inspection Reports and Separate Audit Reports (SARs) for Zilla Panchayats and Taluk Panchayats.

In November 2023, He joined RCB&KI, Jaipur, as a Functional Help Desk for implementation of e-HRMS 2.0 in the user offices of Rajasthan. Additionally, he is tasked with implementation of e-HRMS 2.0 in offices in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
