Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace

This Office has in place a policy on Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace in line with the requirements of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013. Internal Committees (ICs) have been constituted to redress complaints received regarding Sexual Harassment. The following are commmittee members:-

1. Ms. Priti Jain, Director O/o The DGA (Infrastructure), New Delhi   

2. Ms. Saroj Tripathi- Legal Consultant (ICCW)

3. Mr. Anil Kumar - Sr. Audit Officer (Railway Commercial)

4. Ms. Teena Batra Gandhi - Asst. Audit Officer (Railway Commercial)

All female employees (regular, contractual & temporary) are covered under the policy.

After every three years, the constitution of these committees is changed and new members are nominated. Currently no case is pending.
