Grievance Redressal Mechanism
"If you are from a particular State, please choose/click on the particular State and lodge your entitlement (GPF, Pension etc.) grievance in the link "Online Grievance Redressal" given on the AG's website. If you do not receive reply or not convinced with the reply given by the office, you may then lodge your complaint directly to the Dy. Accountant General (Fund/Pension) of the concerned AG office. Even after that if you are not convinced with the reply of AG office, you may address your complaint to the CAG office to Sr. Administrative Officer (Complaint) in his e-mail ID (Grstate2[at]cag[dot]gov[dot]in)".
