This report consists of two parts. Part -I on Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Part- II on Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). Part- I is divided into three chapters viz., chapter-I : Overview of the ULBs, chapter-II: Performance Review and chapter-III : Contains Audit of Transactions. Part-II consists of two chapters viz., chapter-IV : Overview of PRIs and chapter-V : Performance Review.
