Overview

This report comprises of seven chapters of which

Chapter I contains an Introduction to the Local Self-Government Institutions of the State.

Chapters II and IV contain an overview of Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs) and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) respectively.

Chapters III and VII contain district-centric audit findings of PRIs and ULBs respectively on Formulation and implementation of Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) and Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) by LSGIs.  

Chapters V contains subject-specific Compliance Audit on Asset Management by Urban Local Bodies.

Chapter VI contains three Compliance audit paragraphs.
