4. We try to ensure a conclusive outcome of our audit findings though persuasive follow up.
5. We deal complaints, grievances and suggestions in a very open atmosphere and ensure its quick disposal in a non-partisan way.
6. We try to ensure a safe and conducive working environment for our women staff and be sensitive to theirs requirement.   
7. We maintain confidentiality of data and information of our Indian Air Force.
